Who I Am
My story begins after the 1989 Revolution. I left for Italy with $380, boarded the wrong train — Trento. Slept on a bench in Parco Dante for 5 days. For nearly two years, I was just "il rumeno."
I worked in Italian restaurants, saved, returned and opened Club Jo — the biggest nightclub in Transylvania. 1M+ customers. Sold for €2.5M, pivoted to real estate starting with coffee trading.
Today I'm developing 1,500 apartments (€150M) with Rua Home Invest. I pioneered 3D city scanning 12 years ago — operations in 17 countries: Berlin, Vienna, Paris, New York, Miami.
